Cancellation & Return Policy

Asiatic Supermarket Dutch Bangla is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected for example Color, Design or Size of the product is not which you have ordered online at www.asiaticsupermarketdutchbangla.com, then log complaint to our customer care help desk within 24 hour of delivery. Follow the instructions given by our customer care executive to return the product.

You may return the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

In case wish to return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition or not as ordered, please call our 24/7 customer helpline 1234567890. We shall initiate a pick-up from your home through our courier partners at the earliest and arrange for a replacement of the merchandise, subject to the result of a detailed inquiry and quality check at our warehouse.

Any returns/exchanges by courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice or poorly packaged.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care. We shall ensure that replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Cancellation by Asiatic Supermarket Dutch Bangla:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Asiatic Supermarket Dutch Bangla reserves the right at sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:

  1. Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  2. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or
  3. Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  4. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Asiatic Supermarket Dutch Bangla and accept Asiatic Supermarket Dutch Bangla’s decision regarding the cancellation.
